Our second grade class has been learning about the country of Haiti this week. We started writing letters to kids who live in an orphanage in Port-Au-Prince, Haiti. Mr. Egli will be traveling their next week to deliver our letters and work with the children. I am so proud of our classroom! Our class decided to bring in school supplies to send down to the kids too. I am very excited about their willingness to help others. They have such giving hearts.
